1- How do I place an order?

 

You can give your order online on www.e-tesettur.com.tr

 

To order from our website, after choosing the size of it, you can add the item you would like to purchase to your basket by clicking on the “Add To Basket” button.

 

Once you have add all the items you would like to purchase, go to your basket by clicking on the “My Basket” button.

 

By clicking on the “Purchase” button on the page check your membership information and click on “Continue”.

 

Fill in the delivery address section on the next page precisely and clik on “Continue” button. Choose your payment method and fill in the information completely.

 

Lastly, you can complete your purchasing by clicking on the “Complete Order” button.

 

 

 

2- How can I track my order?

 

After logging in, by clicking on your username on the right side of the homepage; you can check the information of your orders from the “My Basket” section.

 

Once your order is shipped, your shipment information is sent to your e-mail adress for informing you.

 

 

 

3- I received a defective/damaged item. What should I do?

 

Members of the www.e-tesettur.com.tr legally have a right to “recant without showing a reason” for 15 days. If you want to return the defective/damaged item, this span is 30 days.

 

In returning the item/items of international orders, shipping payment belongs to the customer. In returning the item/items of international orders “when they are defective/damaged”, shipping payment belongs to e-Tesettur.

 

You can cancel your order, if it is not shipped. For the shipped orders return policies are applied.

 

Evening dresses, and designer items can be returned, if they are shipped on the same day. Wedding dresses, cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear and sunglasses can not be returned.

 

The item should be returned with its receipt, original box and package, all the accessories; and the turn in slip on the back of the receipt should be filled (according to the Tax Procedure Law) precisely and signed.

 

In the restitution of an order, only the cost of the item is repaid not the shipping payment. Once the items reach our firm, they are checked according to the return policies and the cost of the item/items is returned to your credit card.

PRODUCT RETURN FORM should be filled precisely and a copy should be attached to your package. Send the item by using your local postal service paying the fee. After the item reaches our firm, neccessary controls are performed and your refund will be processed. In order not to have a problem at customs, it is suggested to send your package using the local postal service.

 

 

2- I want to return an item, will I be charged for delivery?

If you prefer; 2 days after the item reaches our firm, you may get an identified return coupon in the amounf of the item and with this coupon you can place a new order more quickly.

 

The reimbursement is made after the suitability of the item according to the return policies is checked. You will be reimbursed within 20 days via your credit card or the twenty four-digit bank account.

 

 

This span depends on your bank and www.etesettür.com.tr does not have the right to interfere to this procedure.

 

 

6- I cancelled my order. Will I be reimbursed for the shipping cost?

 

In the cancellation of order, only the cost of the item is returned. Shipping cost is taken by the delivery company. The cost of paying at the door is only returned if return coupon is used.

 

7- In the cancellation or return of my order, what happens to my coupon code?

 

If you are sent a damaged item by our company, you will have an identified coupon for your new order. If the item does not have a problem and you use the right of withdrawal, coupon code is not identified again.

 

8- Can I return the gift item in my order?
